Team Bios

 

James McBride, Chisholm’s Restaurant Executive Chef

James brings 10 years of experience to Chisholm’s kitchen. He began his career at Slate Street Cafe in Albuquerque, New Mexico. A Hutchinson native, James then returned to his hometown as a sous chef at Prairie Dunes Country club, a nationally renowned private golf club. He then moved to Newport Grill spending three years as a Sous Chef and then two years as Chef de Cuisine. We are excited to have James with us. He brings a passion for an execution of a chef driven, fresh menu using the finest ingredients to ring the best possible dishes to our guests.
